Awareness is key to giving great service...

Last year we we're sub-contracted to carry out dilapidation works at a high profile building in milton keynes, There was a planned preventative maintenance contract in place but due to the size of the building and new tenants expected soon so works were needed in certain areas.

We we're given a specific list of important jobs to complete within a time frame which we dutifully did to the best of our ability as always.

As is always the case our team are eagle eyed and look for anything else that could be done to improve the standard of the building.

Things can be missed by the surveyor easily as nobody spots everything and new breakdowns and faults will always present themselves, we see it as our job to give everything a second pair of eyes...

Whenever working from a specific job list given to us from a contractor or property management company we aim to be aware enough to spot the missing piece of the puzzle and to work alongside surveyors so that between us we DO get that 100% coverage on a building/area.

All extra tasks found by ourselves were welcomed by our client and everyone is happy ! 

If we take on a job we can confidently say it's in safe hands.

Changes for the better... we're all ears

We will soon be adding a comments/ suggestion section to our website in relation to planned preventative maintenance to gather the thoughts and ideas from anyone in the industry who has a view on what they would like to see provided by their maintenance contractor and indeed what they would like to changed in the way things are done as a whole, nothing will be off limits. We're talking about communications, operations, client assets, KPI's, reactive works while under contract for PPM ( planned preventative maintenance ) etc etc.

We think you get the idea... we are relentless at trying to improve at keeler.

The term "knowledge is power" is often used but it's only a half truth...

Applied knowledge is where it's really at.

Some clients ask us who's in charge at Keeler...? Our answer sometimes catches our clients off guard because we simply answer them with a swift "you are" !"Yes You heard right" we say to them.
