What Is ALERTEX?

So what is Alertex?

Alertex is an Instant alert whenever there is an intrusion. Standard alarms are not versatile, they are designed for a particular application, limited in use & rely on audible or lights that mean you have to be close. Alertex is different, it has 4 zone connections & any sensor can be connected. It can be connected to existing alarms & sensors – once a change is detected – you will know.

Where can you use Alertex?

Anywhere – Alertex requires a 12 or 24 volt power supply, by battery in the field or in a building with no power (with a Solar charger) or a mains power supply if power is available. It requires connection to a mobile phone network – for low signal areas we have a range of high gain ariels. Alertex is easily re-located.

So what will Alertex do?

Alertex puts you in control of the situation! Open/Closed, High/Low, On/Off, Hot/Cold, Fast/Slow, Up/Down.
• Alertex connected to a motion sensor mounted externally or a sensor on a gate to your land/property (sensors can be a kilometre away from Alertex) … YOU WILL KNOW THERE’S AN INTRUSION – BEFORE THEY BREAK-IN!

Can Alertex remotely control anything?

Yes!
• Alertex has 2 out-puts that can control most things – this can be a gate to your property, the machine it is connected to, a fluid pump or slues gate.
• Alertex will then open/close or turn on/off either automatically or when you send it a simple text message, this could be heating & lights before you arrive.

How do I know what has happened?

Alertex & all of the In-puts & Out-puts have a unique name that you determine. Alertex then sends a text message to up-to 5 telephone numbers simultaneously with the specific name information along with the change that has occurred.

What else will Alertex do for me?

• Alertex can be set to count the time down from when an event happens – it will not send an alert if the event changes back to its normal state – this could be a flood, water levels rise, Alertex detects this & opens a slues gate, if the gate copes & the level drops no alert sent – if the gate cannot cope after the allotted time the alert will be sent.
• Alertex can be set to count the number of times an event must happen before the alert is sent – ensuring you know how many times an event has taken place before resetting, emptying or changing needs to be done.
